Terrahawks to Return on Audio

(Mark42 @ May 04 2014,19:47)QUOTEThey are also remastering the TV episodes for Bluray release, hopefully next year. These will look far superior then the current poor dvds - although unfortunately this remastering can only be done from 16mm prints........ as all the original film negatives have bee...

Remastering--Grain Removal

I have just finished de-graining Episode 1. Keep in mind, there's still a fine layer of grain on it, but my intention was to primarily reduce the grain to the point it's not overwhelmingly noticable.

Thunderbirds 2013 Blu-Ray

http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp....=489986Unlike the dreadful 2008 UK blu-ray, which cropped it into widescreen, this one is more of a definitive Thunderbirds collection with the original masters in their original 4:3 aspect ratio and even better: the original mono masters (the stereo remastered version ...

Interesting e-Bay finds

(felice @ Apr. 16 2014,21:41)QUOTEThey're described as exercise books, so there may well be nothing inside, just lined paper for writing on. Still an interesting find, though!"exercise book" -- alright I just looked up that meaning, so in other words they're notebooks?Ah well, still cool

Interesting e-Bay finds

http://www.ebay.com/itm....322dc68http://www.ebay.com/itm....3233f2bhttp://www.ebay.com/itm....3236222These are some rare Portugese books for X-Bomber, or "Bombadero X". I'd get them, but I've already spent enough on my credit card for this month, and I need to learn where to put my priorities.I'm p...

Caliban voiced by Al Mathews

Caliban's voice actor in both versions of the series; English or Japanese seems to be an enigma. I'm quite convinced that Matthews voiced Caliban though. The Japanese wikipedia entry for X-Bomber states that Caliban's (or Professor Gedora's in this case) Japanese voice actor is Kenichi Ogata, though ...

Interster - the South African Star Fleet?

(Vanessa @ Apr. 02 2014,16:25)QUOTEWhen I got hold of the DVD's of series 1 and 2, I used the details of SABC/SATV on the case sleeves to get in touch with them and ask (plead) that series 3 and 4 be released on DVD. Even though they aren't in English, I argued that they would still be well receive...

Caliban voiced by Al Mathews

I actually e-mailed the address given on Al's site to attempt to confirm this. Unfortunately this was back in May of 2012 and still no response.I wonder if any of the fellow cast have an answer to that question. Though from what I recall Hagon can't remember doing any particular character (though wa...
