American Ntsc 1 Hour volumes -fakes?
Sorry to jump in and immediately talk about this possible DVD release of Star Fleet, rather than the matter at hand (although I do actually have a US Volume 2 tape if that helps!).Quote Bear in mind that the Japanese DVDs, being Region 2, could be legitimately sold over here so it could be that they...

New Boxset?
Since we're approaching the apparent release date from the complete 10-DVD set, I just checked on Play's site and unsurprsingly found the release date has been put back to 19th July.I hope this doesn't become a trend...

Centurions music
Udi's Centurions music is great and I think as far as 80s cartoon soundtracks go, it's as good as anything from Saban & Levey (hmm...what do all three of them have in common?) - and that's saying something.Udi also did the music for the 1990s Spider-Man cartoon, but the themes on that show tend ...

There's a thread about this long-delayed set on the FAB Forum, and Stephen assures that Revelation will release the set at some point (unsurprisingly, this time no date mentioned).http://www.looking-beyond.net/fabforum/ ... .php?t=872

Thunderbirds2086
I don't think there are any specific rights problems with the show, as ITC (makers of the original TB shows) owned it and presumably whoever (it was Carlton) owns the ITC archive still has the show.Maybe when the TB movie comes out they might release a few episodes? There's only so many times they c...

I'm afraid it looks like Cities of Gold will not be coming out. The reason? As Andy mentioned, Ulysses 31 comes on Fox Kids, and the U31 eps have actually been licensed from them. That's the reason Dungeons & Dragons is on its way to DVD too - Fox Kids have copies of the episodes of that series ...

Yes, there were five tapes released in the UK with Thunderbirds 2086 episodes on them.Three of them were just consecutive volumes of episodes, with 4 on the first tape, and 6 episodes each on the other two tapes. These are definitely the ones to get.The other two tapes released were only short ones,...

A Transformers aside
With Jetfire being based on a Bandai (after they bought out the molds from Takatoku) Valkyrie, the makers of the TF cartoon show were forced to radically redesign the character (far more than they did with other characters) so that he bore very little resemblance to the original Valkyrie form. This ...
