We'll miss you. Its been pointed out more than once over the past few weeks that Concorde was a financial disaster area; something like a modern Faberge egg, made for the few, paid for by the many, and as practical as an alka-seltzer submarine.That still doesn't mean we can't admire them though.I'll leave it to Terry Pratchett for the best tribute to Concorde I can think of, from his book Wings:"It wasn't a thing, it was a bit of shaped sky."

Its a great shame the skies won't be the same with out her, the sports car of planes now we are left with busses
