Starfleet Influence?

You know, the 2 shows are actually even more similar than you initially realise: I strongly suspect Starfleet may have had a considerable influence on Thawks. For example, when the scene changes to Zelda's home, you get a few slightly ominous notes of music in the background; emulating the decidedly more sinister tones that accompany Makara's battle cruiser? Plus, Zelda's place is shaped like an octopus, and the Alliance cruiser is also like a fearsome underwater creature, a catfish. THese subtle little touches do make you wonder!Also, both shows have groovy background music when the vehicles get into action.
