A clue about the other episode with the "dummy" joke: it's in the 3rd series, and much of it is set in a museum. Space Cyclops and Operation Zero are the remaining eps featuring Be My Star Tonight.I think "Orsino Galactica" is from the Ugliest Monster of All; my second guess would be Terratomb.
