i was watching this episode last night and i noticed something. it's a blink and you'll miss it moment i had to rewind the dvd a couple of times but you can see the rod that is controlling the barry hercules puppet it's before the scene when barry hercules says come on makara let's have ya and before the guys lift off from x bomber. i wish i could get a screen grab of it.

I hadn't noticed that. In Thunderbirds, there's an episode where a giant thumbs strays into view of the camera.

In Episode 5, you can see the hand of crew member as he pushes the line on Shiro's arm to lift his arm and gun.

i've seen that as well in the episode of thunderbirds and it's episode 5 of star fleet where see someone's hand? what part of episode 5 is that bit?

In the last episode of Captain Scarlett, Captain Blue is supposed to be jumping through a window. You can clearly see the hand throwing the puppet!
