Shiro, welcome to the forum - if you could try and start a new topic for, well, new topics (!) that would be good as it'll keep similarly themed posts together. There shouldn't be any real issue with releasing an English DVD as the Japanese version already features the old English dub of one of the compilation videos. All it would require is the pasting of the English series soundtrack onto the Japanese DVD master, although the edits are slightly different in particular because the Japanese version has 25 episodes while we only had 24, as I mentioned to you by email. There seems to have been some issue with the rights to the English version for whatever reason, but given that the Japanese footage exists if the English soundtrack is still in reasonable shape somewhere it should be doable.
