I don't follow the Japanese auctions at all, as I'm not that into the collectable side of things. Certainly not from abroad, anyway, which is why I'm more than happy to leave that side of things to Shane/Gareth!

Here's a link to the X Bomber Yahoo Japan page, that I follow from time to time.http://search.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/sear ... locThere's some stuff on there that I haven't seen before. One lot seems to be an ink stamp set? And there looks to be a couple of X Bomber childrens books as part of a lot of Japanese robo goodies.Shane.

Wow, zombie thread! Theres a number of services which will bid on your behalf; Zordons mentioned one, Rinkya, and another I've heard of (but never tried myself) is Celga. Another alternative is that there a very few Japanese based retailers who will ship overseas. The second-hand anime goods giant Mandarake have an English language website that you can order from internationally. The third, and most expensive option, is to go to Japan. You might wnat to wait until the exchange rate settles down, though...!

Yeah, I'm really glad I don't collect anymore, it would cost a bomb to purchase from overseas right now! However, Lu Lu Berlu was a very useful store based in France that had a few X Bomber items, don't know if they're still going.

Still there:http://www.lulu-berlu.com/dhtml/home.php?id=144And thats actually a very, very good point, Shane - anime and manga were fairly well established in Europe before Akira arrived in the UK and you can find some interesting stuff on European websites, with a slightly easier language barrier to jump over! Italy and France seem to be the most interested generally.
