Realistic Puppets?

Post by Rachel »

Years and years ago, on First Post (remember that?) at least two girls said, when praising Terrahawks, that the puppets were so lifelike they looked almost real! I adore the show, but come on, none of the puppets look real (with the possible exception of Mary). Even though I fancy one of them! There is no point in denying it to myself any longer; and there is nothing wrong with my eyesight, it's just some indefinable chemistry. It means acquiring the most obnoxious mother-in-law possible, though, and I don't know if I could stomach that!Returning to the issue of puppets looking lifelike, I suppose many of them do look more authentic when you're a child: for example, Lamia looks much more wooden to me now, than when I first saw Starfleet.

Mind you, I did once see a real person who was the spitting image of Lt. Hiro; a waiter in France!
