B-Wings
The front one is the v2.0 edition with folding wings, a more matte finish and less weathering.
The red/white one is the prototype from the Rebel Aces expansion.

Y-Wings
The middle one is the 2.0 version, which has sharper detailing, but the guns seem a little too big.
The red one is from the Most Wanted expansion.

A-Wings
The red one is the first-edition version that you see in Return of the Jedi and all the X-Wing flight simulator games.
The middle one is the second-edition replacement A-Wing from Phoenix Squadron, like you see in Rebels.
The right one is a prototype version, from the Rebel Aces expansion, done out in the same paint scheme as Ralph McQuarrie's original concept art for the A-Wing.
