I've had some of these images for a very long time and tried for a good while to find out who had made such a good render of Dai-X.
Via the Japanese image site Pixiv, I was able to discover that they were created by a user called "walkbot".
I wasn't able to find anything more out, other than that he has lots of other work that you can find here:
