Paul Bliss' soundtrack to Star Fleet was released on CD in 2009 and you can still get a hold of it here:

I originally scanned this when I was studying and I still had my Epson 2540 to share some background information about the UK adaptation's music.
There are also some great still images from the show in the booklet.  The scans below were produced when I repeated the process on my V750 Pro.

The full recording of the show is in MP3 format below.
I assembled it from 5 segments that feature on Gateway FM's website. Those segments had a higher bit rate than versions found elsewhere. I probably ripped them using downloadhelper and combined them in Audacity.
